1. The app
Fingly is a party game provided “as is”. Picks are random; play responsibly. Every dare is optional — skip anything that is unsafe, unwanted or not legal where you are, and only play the Spicy 18+ and Couples 18+ levels when everyone is an adult and consents.
2. Fingly Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial where eligible), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock one Pro level, mode or wheel for 60 minutes; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
